Emma brings over 25 years of leadership experience to her work with female founders. Twenty of those years were spent inside high-pressure organisations, leading global teams, delivering strategy, and holding responsibility for complex operational and commercial decisions. For the past five years, she has worked in private practice, supporting women building and leading businesses at scale. Her experience spans early growth through to multi-seven figures, with a focus on leadership that is commercially sound, structurally resilient, energetically coherent, and sustainable over time.

I’d built strong foundations and was about to open my first aesthetics practice after years of working across the UK. Life was full of change, and I knew I wanted controlled growth and to be the woman who created generational wealth for my family.
