Emma brings over 25 years of leadership experience to her work with female founders. Twenty of those years were spent inside high-pressure organisations, leading global teams, delivering strategy, and holding responsibility for complex operational and commercial decisions. For the past five years, she has worked in private practice, supporting women building and leading businesses at scale. Her experience spans early growth through to multi-seven figures, with a focus on leadership that is commercially sound, structurally resilient, and sustainable over time.

Emma’s work integrates leadership advisory, strategic thinking, and energetic intelligence. It recognises that how a business grows is inseparable from the capacity, coherence, and frequency of the woman leading it.
